These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on our website, and govern the use of our products and services. Exchange & Refund Policy Returns & Refunds • Refunds are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tag attached. • If the tag is removed or missing, we will not be able to accept the return. • Delivery/shipping fees for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method and it takes from 7 to 14 working days. Exchanges • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. • The item must be in original condition, unworn, and with the original tag attached. • Customers are responsible for all delivery/shipping fees related to the exchange. • Special Condition: If your purchase is above 1400 AED, we will cover the delivery/shipping fees for exchanges within the UAE only. This applies only to exchanges, not refunds. • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we can assist you in choosing another product. Exceptions • Exceptions: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. Order Processing and Shipping Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping Fees: We have free Shipping fees inside UAE only. Delivery times vary depending on your location. International shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days, the shipping cost will be responsibility of the customer. This cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping option selected. Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, there may be slight variations in color, size, and appearance due to differences in screen resolutions or lighting.
