Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Timeframe:<\/strong> Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong> Due to their bespoke nature, items from the <strong>Mother and Daughter<\/strong> collection are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Accessories:<\/strong> For hygiene reasons, certain luxury accessories may not be eligible for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-4fe81b20\"><strong>3. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspection:<\/strong> Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Payment:<\/strong> Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or provided as store credit.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Shipping:<\/strong> Original shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-bad64cac\"><strong>4.
