1. Our Commitment

At Lamma for E-commerce textiles and gifts FZE, we strive for excellence in every “Fabric of Elegance” we deliver. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Due to their bespoke nature, items from the Mother and Daughter collection are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Accessories: For hygiene reasons, certain luxury accessories may not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Payment: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or provided as store credit.
  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
